I have lived here for pretty close to 30 yrs. I Absolutely Love It Here !!!!! I've been here through three different Managers in this amount of time and I have High Praise for them All , but our Newest Manager I'll go even Higher on Praise for her !!! She is By Far The BEST We've Ever Had !!! She is Very Friendly and Professional , since she's been here , she has made HUGH Improvements to these apartments without raising our rent . If you have a problem and call her ,it'll be fixed either now on the spot or within one day at the most . She is Very Efficient and wants to fix our place up . She is also Very Kind and Helpful . I am Very Grateful for her being here to run our place and I consider her to be a Great Friend also . She all around makes you feel comfortable to be around .And I think that Speaks Volumes for a Manager . Like I said earlier , I've been here for almost 30 yrs. and with our Newest Manager I plan on staying here for another 30 yrs !!!!!!!
Based upon randypainter's comment, from my perspective "Linda" appears nice but she is sneaky and confrontational even though I am not a tenant I would advise anyone caution. If she were rude to me I would close the door or walk away from her. My personal experience when I made arrangements to tour Long Meadow Apartments in Sept. 2015. She asked me a question as to why I was moving and when I stated my thoughts as to my current landlord's rental increase & slow-moving improvements, she made the statement to the effect that what the landlord does is none of business. I said no more because I could tell she is argumentative and confrontational. I could sense then she has mentality problem. Also, if I knew she was entering my apartment without my knowledge without the benefit of an emergency and a 24-hour written notice, I would file a criminal complaint for trespassing. Once the criminal complaint was adjudicated, then I would initiate a civil complaint and ask for one-month's rent plus punitive damages that are reasonable. Each time she performed an act of illegal entry, I would continue to file a criminal complaint, as well as, after the criminal complaint was adjudicated in court, file another civil suit asking for treble damages. Just because she is an agent of the facility or possibly the owner does not give her rights to violate real estate laws pertaining to landlord/tenant laws.
I was told by the landlord if I payed my housing bill off I would be able to go back on the list I call today just for her to get smart with me finding something else for me not to get in for not to mention I have lived there before so she knows I was never late on rent maybe once
