An absolutely terrible experience at a childs birthday party. The rink dirty and ill kept. Video games for the most part were nonfunctioning, which would not be so bad except the tickets they give out as part of the birthday party are part and parcel of the fee for the party. The laser tag game had malfunctioning equipment so that half of the kids were not able to actively play the game. All of the equipment should be checked out before they strap on the equipment to have kids play. The "Skate and Game staff" could not have been much more surly to my wife and son. The wait staff that actually put on the food portion of the event were great, sadly this venue suffers from poor personel management and an obvious disregard for customer service.
