We had an amazing family vacation to London thanks to Farnesi Travel. Ray was helpful and attentive from start to finish. While I tend to plan vacations on my own, I'm glad that this time I decided to try Farnesi Travel. Ray planned a fabulous vacation that I never could have planned on my own. The boutique hotel was beautiful and located in the middle of everything, yet on a quiet street. The tours planned took into account the interest and needs of my children, 7 and 9, as well as me and my husband. I highly recommend Farnesi Travel for your vacation planning.

My husband and I used Farnesi Travel to book our honeymoon at the end of May. I can not express how wonderful Carol is to work with! She listened to what we were looking for and interested in doing and her first-hand knowledge of the hotels and islands in the caribbean made a world of difference. When I was torn between 2 destinations, she was patient, answered the million questions I had, and even shared personal pictures of her vacation to one of the places to help me make my decision. She was prompt with her responses when I emailed her, which is very refreshing and she was easily accessible by phone or email. It is this personal touch that sets Farnesi Travel apart from the other big-name travel agents. We ended up traveling to Secrets Maroma Beach on Carol's recommendation and were not disappointed. The beach was gorgeous - just as Carol described. I couldn't have been happier with my experience working with Farnesi Travel and will definitely keep them in mind for future trips!

My wife and I were turned onto Farnesi Travel in '07 by a group we went on vacation with on spring break to Cancun. It was the perfect vacation 4 families with 17 kids. Ray and Carol recommended the perfect spot! The kids had so much to do, adults actually able to relax on the beach with no drama! Since then we're loyal Farnesi clients, always willing to take suggestions on newest hot spot they've discovered. Knowing their great taste and that they've actually been there themselves has our confidence factor sky high, and the track record is excellent. Rather have that than some one sitting at a desk looking at a computer making suggestions with never having been there. Also they've been able to get us some extra perks, upgrades, free round of golf ...But the topper of all imagine you pull out the passports the day before your trip and the kids' expired 2 weeks ago. PANIC!! Ray made a call and were on our way to the US Customs building & had passports that night! You cant beat that!!

Ray, We had a great trip. Your program in Poland was outstanding from the magnificent Hotel Wentzl to the tour guides and driver who went beyond what is normal. How many times do you have a Monk as your guide in an Abby? How many tour guides would hunt down the Pastor of the church where my wife's father was born? The Hotel in Nurenberg was an excellent choice but I will never stop talking about Wentzl and that location. The river cruise allowed us to see many outstanding sites and great service and food was everywhere. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. R. Lind

Why did we wait so long? Ray planned our trip to Italy meticulously. Every detail was handled with care. Accommodations and tours were top notch. Even the surprises were delightful - the Annual Regatta in Venice could have disrupted our arrival. Instead a call from the tour team urged us to arrive by noon. So glad we did! The event on the Grand Canal was spectacular. Ray and team come highly recommended.

We experienced a trip of a lifetime to Italy. Farnesi Travel orchestrated our trip from day one to the last with such proficiency that we can not wait to go back again. From the private tours to the beautiful hotels we stayed everything exceeded our expectations. It was not only a wonderful trip it was also an adventure touring so many areas but a perfect pace. They deserve the five star rating that I have given and I am very stingy about giving out five stars. We will use for all our future travels.

Farnesi Travel planned my family's vacation to Punta Cana in 2011. Because my wife and I felt that it may be the last vacation with our children as a whole family unit, we wanted the vacation to be particularly special. Carol at Farnesi Travel proved to be extremely knowledgeable but most importantly - and what I believe sets Farnesi apart from the others - she was always accessible and very responsive to our inquiries and needs. Needless to say, we experienced an unforgettable vacation that leaves us and our children with numerous memories. Because of Carol's knowledge and experience and particularly due to her personal touch, we have once again enlisted Farnesi to advise and coordinate our daughter's upcoming honeymoon to Tahiti and she has not disappointed...... A little about myself - I am extremely fussy and detail-oriented, expect the very best out of my service providers and have never before felt the desire to make a referral. We booked a stay with Ray Farnesi with Farnesi Travel at the Royal Playa Del Carmen for a group of five couples. The service we received from Ray exceeded our highest expectations. His suggestions and tips helped make the planning of our trip flawless. He even arranged for us to meet the management team at the hotel, who made us feel like VIP's. We have used this agency two years in a row, and highly recommend them. He is very familiar with the resorts in Cancun and Playa--you can't go wrong with Ray's inside knowledge and very helpful tips. Farnesi travel provides great travel service. Ray and Carol are helpful and friendly. Carol has helped me plan 2 trips to Cancun and a cruise. Our Cancun trips went smoothly and were stress free thanks to all her help with the details. She found us great deals and because her and Ray knew the resorts they were able to answer all my questions. Carol went above and beyond when we booked our cruise to even get us a reduced rate after we booked and the rates dropped. Unfortunately we had to cancel the cruise due to a family illness, but she went the extra mile to help us process our insurance claims and ensure we received a complete refund. Her prompt responses to any questions was refreshing for this day and time. Their service is professional and personal. They take the worry out of traveling and make it a more enjoyable experience. You can't go wrong using Farnesi travel.

We just got back from a vacation to Cancun and could not have been more pleased. We stayed at the Royal and had the most amazing time. The food was faboulous and the staff at the Royal, first class ! Ray and Carol, from Farnesi Travel made this an easy trip for our group. We are planning our trip back to the Royal in January and will use this travel agency for a long time to come. If you want first class call these guys. You get personal service at a great price too. The thing I liked the most was that they have been to the destination where you are going. So you get a lot ideas of what to do and where to go.
