I work in MSKCC a cancer hospital where my father passed away, I know first hand what it takes to treat others in a kind manner. I spoke to a disrespectful employee named Liz who claimed to be the manager. I asked her a simple request to weather or not my deceased father's head stone was placed on his grave. Not only was she rude about it she told me (we don't do that here). OMGOSH, so sitting at a desk all day infront of a computer, your telling me you couldn't check or have someone else check to see if it was placed. It was as if i asked too much from her, like its such an inconvenience for her. Wow, I guess employees here are getting paid to tell customers that they simply can't service them. This woman had no heart and I'm sure she's been there for a while. Well I hope she gets a better training to teach her how to speak to others after all this is a sensative topic for customers.
