Again this year, after Sandy hit, first floor was flooded and we are waiting for landlord to fix the damaged electric box BEFORE PSEG will turn electric on (hello, dont leave it in the basement if you know you flood). Everyone around us has power, but we have to wait for landlord to drag his feet to "get around" to changing the electrical box so power can be turned on. We are FREEZING have not had showers and cant cook cause the apartment is all electric. And now, as of November 12, we are without water due to the demo crew breaking a pipe. The pipe has been fixed, but landlord wont turn on water. WE NEED TO FLUSH OURTOILETS!!!!

The ground floor of these apartments are currently under a mandatory evacuation order because of the flooding due to Hurricane Irene. None of the residents can move back in - it's been 2 weeks - probably won't be fixed until November some time. Beware of moving into this flood zone!
