This customers Coat was Delivered within 10 week days of the original order.Our Clothing is QUALITY , Never with loose buttons or frays !The only reason that I can think of that this customer would say that is that he wanted a Discount or to get the item FREEWe are not in business to give away items for free but did offer him a discount on his next order.He Refused that We also stated that we cannot be responsible for the times that it takes to fill the order... ship it on the 2 days per week ...nor for the mail service.The processing took 3 days before it shipped .Fed Ex took 3 days to deliver .There was 2 weekends in between 3 + 3 _+4 = 10 daysIf you need items faster or do not want to pay the return ship ..IF you are not satisfied Then we do suggest that you do not use us for your clothing needs .I do not know of any company that will pay the return shipping cost unless they are a Major Chain and have a good deal with the Shipping companies for that reason.Do You ?We do have sales this month and we do try to get all orders out as soon as possible but we do not provide any other than Fed Ex plus we do need 2-3 days for processing.We hope you will Decide for yourself as to our Customer ServiceWe try , but there are some that there is no pleasing .Sherie BrugeMenz Trenzwww.menztrenz.com

This has been by far the WORST experience I've ever had in decades!! I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase to look at other options! If you value customer service, delivery on promises, and timely shipment DO NOT shop at MENZ TRENZ!First off, no sizing charts are provided for any items - you have to email and ask for sizing charts (which require unconventional measurements). After finally ordering my coat and paying $20 for shipping, it arrived nearly 3 weeks later, even though the website clearly states that deliveries will be made in 5-10 days. Typically, the delay would have been a simple annoyance, but I had ordered this coat to wear for a specific event which was two weeks from the order date.After sending an email asking about the status of the item a week after I ordered it, I was told that the coat was not shipped and it will be shipped in a week, and was rudely informed "that just the way it is". I had asked for a refund as the item arrived so late and the quality of the product was poor (threads coming out; loose buttons; low quality material), and was told that I would have to pay to ship the item back and would not be refunded for shipping costs to and from (which is about 1/4th of the total price). Menz Trenz website state that, " YES We Will Exchange or Refund". It does not state that you will be charged for shipping if the item does not fit or if it does delivered in a timely fashion.Throughout this process, there was zero customer service - only incoherent and illegible emails full of incomplete sentences. There was never an apology for the delay in shipment or an attempt to listen to my concerns and to address the situation. This company is run by a single person who does not appear to understand how to deal with customers. In fact, in one email she kept insisting that I had purchased cargo pants instead of a coat (which she stated 10 times). I never purchased cargo pants, and it was clear, she had no idea about the situation or any experience addressing customer needs/concerns. In short, I would strongly recommend to purchase anything from Menz Trenz!! You are risking buying a low quality product which you will not be able to exchange or return (unless you are willing to shell out $40 for shipping). All of the items are shipped from a Korean manufacturer with a very high markup.
