The food is ok. It's not the best, it certainly is not authentic. It's Americanized Chinese food. However, what disappoints me is that the cook is Chinese. 3 x's in a row, I have ordered a dish named BEEF WITH BLACK BEAN SAUCE. Black Bean sauce is a Chinese ingredient that has a mildly salty flavor with tiny fermented black beans. It has a nice after taste. Now Mr. Lu's cook apparently does not know how to cook this dish so that is marries together all the flavors. In fact, this time, the dish was bland, the meat was tough and tasted old. There were too many onions in the dish and all together was not worth the money I paid. The buffet is ok, but again, not the best. The restaurant is very clean, the tables are not sticky or dirty.
