Took my car in April 15th to the service dept bc it started loosing power and dying on the highway. Got a call saying they couldn't find any problem. Took the care home that evening and the next morning filled with gas and car would not start. Wasn't out of the dealership for more than 12 hours.Has to get Eskridge to tow it back to the shop now they diagnosed a faulty fuel pump module.Paid $722 to get it out of the shop ($100 for tow after they said there was nothing wrong) After I was initially told it was going to be under warranty,Now its not under warranty because Gm changed there policy is what we are now told.So I pay the $772 dollars and take my care home and it sits for two days. Sunday I leave to go out of town and my car does not start yet again...Now my car is back in the shop going on 4 days and they have cashed my check yet what I paid for did not even fix my car. I have had to call them every day to find out that they still don't have answer to the problem. I could have taken it anywhere to be worked on yet I choose them and here I am with no way to work cant get my 4 kids to and from school after school sports or anything else in that matter. I do understand it is not there fault my car is broken ,but I do blame bad customer service and taking care of the customer to make sure we are taken care of while they are getting our business. I'm very upset, bad bad business.
