Within one week of a no chip manicure six out of 10 nails chipped and peeled. The nail tech only would agree to repair some of the nails and not redo them all. She said she doesn't get paid to repair them all. After years of going to this salon I won't go back. They obviously don't care about customer service.
Wednesday November 16th I went into the shop to get a no chip manicure, as it was referred to me by a friend. Two days later my nails began to chip, but they were supposed to last for about two weeks. I didn't have time to return to the shop until Sunday the 20th. Upon entering I showed them my nails and they agreed to fix them. They started but, left me sitting at a station, and switching me from station to station and taking customers ahead of me insisting they would get to me soon. After an hour of this game I had enough and just ask for my money back. Manager refuses and gets really rude. I had to call the police this lady was so impossible. She tells me i have to speak to the owner and to call M-F. I didn't want to because i didn't trust they would hear me out if i left. But after calling the police and still getting no where with her. I ask for the number....would you believe this woman hands me the shops number???????? She then says "i cant give out the owners number". I'm thinking wasn't that your idea in the first place. Thats not even the best part! She then tells me the owner is on vacation and won be back until the following friday! Yet this entire time she was saying call anytime M-F! unbelievable!
Beware! I will never go back. The first time they pulled a fast one and ran my card before tip and then said they could only run it again for tip if over 10. Second and next time the same guy had to put a full set on because used the wrong application to do a fill. Then the running my card before tip again. The way it was done just seemed like it was no mistake. I gave them a second chance. I have had my nails done for 25 years. This is the first salon that openly pulled these things. No remorse either. My next step is to file s consumer report on this salon. It's principle and real possible that this or more had happened before and will prob happen again.
Came in for the first time for a mani/pedi. During the pedi, the technician jams the tool under my cuticle and it starts bleeding. It keeps bleeding and really hurts. The longer I let her continue the more nervous I become that I am going to get an infection. I tell her after 10 min that I think she should just stop and I am going to leave. Her answer when she sees the blood was, "You must be a runner, because people who run, their cuticles bleed." I tell her no. I never run. I get up to leave and she immediately goes to the next client. I tell the owner at the desk that she cut my foot and I am bleeding and I don't want to continue. His wife yells over to me, "Let me see it." She never gets up from what she is doing. She expects me to walk to her. I show her and she says that happens to everyone and not to worry about it. I said, it really hurts, it is still bleeding and how would you like this to happen to you? This is my first time here and my impression is not very good.'' This wife says, "just go, we don't need you as a customer." I am just in awe that she is speaking to me like this. I related my complaint quietly to the owner, her husband. Now everyone in the shop is staring and listening. So disappointed. I pray I don't get an infection. Applying different types of antibiotic ointments, just the same. Don't go here.
I always go here always for a fill but I have stopped going there because they lost there best girl. I had some girl do my nails and she did a horrible job..i have never had one break and 4 of my nails did and they charged me for it. There was still nail polish on my fingers and my tips weren't even painted. I asked them to fix it and they said okay I will and never did. So I got up and left and I have not returned. I have had a few friends who have gone back and all had bad times.
