        Overall

        This doctor is very incompetent. She does not prepare ahead of time for the visit. She or her staff does not see that records have been received. The facility is not clean. The washroom had a broken toilet seat and no paper towels. The waiting room was grimy and looked as if it had not been cleaned for a while. The exam room had the paper roll for the exam table sitting on the floor and the waste container full and not covered.

        Not a good idea to see !!!!!!!!!!!

        Service was ok. I could barely understand her and had to keep saying "I'm sorry ?" She was NOT what I wanted in a doctor for my child at all. I am currently searching for a new doctor because eventhough she had no true evidence she referred my family to dcfs. I was disgusted and will NEVER have her as a doctor. She made accusations and I know she has to inform them of anything suspicious, but she seemed to sneak the information out of my child and take the whole thing out of context. I was disgu...
