        Dr. Cwik graduated from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI and was awarded Cum Laude. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Certification at the Jackson Memorial Hospital at the University of Miami where he also received the Academic Achievement Award from the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Cwik is currently a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, North Suburban Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, Lake County Dental Society, and the Illinois State Dental Society. Dr. Cwik is board certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery and certified in advanced cardiac life support.
