I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED TO CALL AND FIND THAT MY FAVORITE TECH HAD BEEN DISMISSED BECAUSE OF SUCH A MINOR SITUATION. I HAVE A FLEET OF VEHICLES FOR MY NEW BUSINESS AND WAS EXCITED TO CONTRACT THIS YOUNG MAN TO DO ALL OF MY REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE. HOWEVER BEING THAT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS APPARENTLY MORE CONCERNED WITH INSIGNIFICANT ISSUES RATHER THAN HAVING QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS I WILL GO ELSEWHERE AND HOPEFULLY LOCATE THE YOUNG MAN THAT WILL GET ALL OF MY BUSINESS AND THAT OF ALL MY CLIENTS
Driving Factor exceeds my expectations. You will not find a better staff any where else. They will work with you diligently to get you in the right car. However, here is the best part. IT DOES NOT stop there. They continue to take care of you throughout the loan. I have never had the exceptional support anywhere else. SO happy we found them!
This dealership is one that I have purchased several vehicles from and will continue to do so because the sales staff does not hassle you and will work try their best to give you a great price, the service department is experienced and professional and prompt,
I would ABSOLUTELY NOT purchase a vehicle from this car lot! My brother purchased a Blazer from them, thought he had an awesome deal, 500 down 100 week. Now days with money being the way it is, its hard to get anything financed so Buy here Pay heres seem like a good option. Well not even a month after he had the vehicle, the driver side door wouldnt shut, the hinges were warped or broke.. He took it back to see if or what they could do. They sent him to an auto parts store, at his expense. 4 months later, he kept having to put water in the radiator, turns out "someone" had doctored it to hold water (for a while anyways). Called them, they refused to own up to anything. Well trying to fix everything that was broken, my brother fell behind on his payments. They didnt call him about being behind or anything. He had just dropped off my 6 year old niece at school when they met him to repoe it. The guy pulled up beside him, My brother simply told him he could have the vehicle when he got to his sisters to get his stuff out. The guy in the truck, which was also followed by a roll-back truck, took it upon himself to play bumper cars with my brother in his vehicle while trying to get to my house so he could get his posessions out. The car lot owner/repoe guy ran my brother in a ditch, slammed into the side of his truck, putting him & other pedestrians at risk! Then upon getting to my house, the man in the roll back truck, (70 years old) jumps out cursing, screaming, and hollering. Calling my brother, me and my husband profanities in my own yard. Police were called, due to the domestic dispute that had errupted. Unless you enjoy fixing your own vehicle every 2 weeks, then a hefty car payment on top of that, not to mention the potential to be ran off the road, & cursed out on your own property. I wouldnt recommend them.
