I wish I would have read the reviews before renting through these people. Every few months we were being scammed with random fees, from sewage, trash, even when the refrigerator stopped working we were sent a bill for that too. I was also sent eviction notices every few months while i was never late with rent EVER!What gets me is... after putting up with that for four years they just charged us $1800.00 to clean the carpet and paint, We left the apartment spotless. We were charged normal things every landlord pays for after a tenant has stayed at a location for several years. They lied and said we left things and broke things in the house after we left.Other random bills they tacked on were.billed: 150.00 cleaning fee (house was spotless)billed: 90.00 blindsbilled: garbage disposal? 100.00it goes on and on. Im gonna report to the BBB PLEASE BE AWARE!

Horrible the worst landlords ever ,do not even look their way . I was unhappy for an entire year which felt like it would never end i had problems with all kinds of bugs, roaches ,termites even lizards coming in at the front door. The neighbors stayed up all times of the night sometimes fighting playing loud music and selling drugs always had to wait days to get repairs. when the day came to move out the took my whole deposit and an extra hundred dollars my advise keep looking somewhere else it really does not deserve one star.

I am a former tenant of 111 Hawthorne Drive, Long Beach, MS in Old Towne Gardens. The house has thin walls. The ceiling and walls are developing cracks from where it is settling. I can hear the neighbor’s loud music and partying. Dogs bark nonstop through the night. The train sounds like it is next to us. The back yard stays wet. It does not drain well and mosquitoes are plenty. Kids drive four wheelers and dirt bikes in the empty lots behind our house. I have had to call the cops several times due to this. The kids also have torn up mail boxes and thrown them in the street. My other neighbor’s truck had his chrome siding stolen. C2C Rental Company has also been very shady with us. For the past year, I have been under the assumption that the lady that whose name is on the lease for this company was working for them. She has been picking up the rent from my mailbox every month for a year. C2C called me two months before my lease ended and stated they would send out a letter for lease renewal but never sent it. I got into contact with the lady that is on my lease and she said to write a notice that said the lease would not be renewed. She told me she would pick it up like the rent checks. She never came and wouldn’t answer her cell phone. So I called the company office and was told to write an email instead. Next thing I know I am being told that lady doesn’t work for C2C Rental Company and she is just allowed to rent out the house. Even though she was notified about the lease termination it didn’t count and I would have to pay a prorated amount to cover the lapse in 30 day notice of termination. I am not happy with this company or their property. Hopefully this will save someone else from a headache.
