12/26/2016 placed order for a new 2017 Jeep Compass for my wife's Christmas present maxed out with all the accessories with Joe Montana Salesman gave them a$500deposit to order . Was told 6-8 weeks to get and never heard back from them . So wife calls today 6 plus weeks out and is told Oh order was dropped and to come in and reorder. WHAT. TAKE MY DEPOSIT ORDER IS DROPPED AND YOU NEVER GIVE ME A COURTESY CALL TO LET US KNOW????? SHOTTY CUSTOMER SERVICE. But what can you expect I call the Jeep Customer Complaint Line. And I'm told be sure to get my deposit back no Im sorry we'll look into it seems like a error was made is all they say. Opened my eyes to Jeep service. Buyer Beware

This company is horrible! My experience from buying the vehicle to now dealing with canceling my GAP coverage so I can refinance my vehicle with my insurance company for a much lower interest rate has been the longest process and the staff at this particular dealership do not hold up to their word what so ever! I will never buy from this company again and I will do my best to share to as many people as I can my horrific experience with them.
From beginning to end everything was excellent. I was an internet shopper and the internet department answered all my questions and was able to fulfill my needs. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!!
