Worst daycare center around. They are understaffed. They do not pay attention to the children. My son has come home with bite marks on his body or scratches to his face and nobody can explain what happened. There are workers that steal diapers from the kids as well as money that has come up missing when the people from cheer zone come to the facility. Linda Ortega is the most unprofessional director. She is never there in the daycare. She is either at the owners house watching her children or in the price contracting office running her mouth. She leaves the daycare unsupervised all times through the day. Ms. Sherrie is know for snatching kids up by their clothing rather then finding another way to reprimand them. Deidra Berthold steals from the daycare. Do not take your children there unless you want to get ripped off. Debbie who is in the infant room has been overheard saying that she had a hangover more than once and had to go home. She could not handle the 3-4 year olds so she was moved to the infant one. I picked my son up once when Debbie was supposed to be his teacher and he was very nasty to say the least. I had to clean him up and change his clothes before being able to leave the daycare. She does not pay attention to the children and cannot be trusted. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE.
My son was always sick and combined with my income we decided it was best for me to work partime. We gave the school two weeks notice as the rules requested. I asked about partime daycare and was given a price. I was assured they would work with me. I thought our transition was moving smooth. However, three weeks later with no notice and no possible warnings my son's spot was given to a fulltime student. I was told the new student would start Monday and they would not have room for my son in the baby room. I was highly upset about the lack of notice on the schools part. I have asked for the owner to give me a call and have yet to receive one. I am left with the impression that my son was nothing more then a paycheck and when a better option came they jumped. I always paid my tuition and followed the rules. I thought our history with the school would count for something one hand washes the other. I was very wrong. I am not sure if the poor practices are a reflection of the owner or the lady who runs the school. The lady in the baby room was wonderful and we will miss greatly.
