poor service

I ordered three pizzas tonight. My order was taken at 9:50p.m. on Friday June 19, 2009. The pizza was not delivered until 11;30p.m. We were told that the pizza would be free since it took so long, when the delivery guy got to my home we were told a female manager said we had to pay. The pizza was cold and lacked the proper toppings. we order the 555 deal along with some cinnamon sticks. People were at my home hunry waiting to eat and had to leave due to the delay. When i called to inquire about the pizza , the smart mouth person that answered the telephone told me he didn't know what to tell me and they were getting it as soon as they could, they were short staff. If they knew the wait was this long, why was i not told up front? I feel that you should have not taken my money because of your problems, you were very unprofessional. You can check your records and see how long this transaction took. you do not stand by what you advertise. will not recommend this place to anybody. Should you feel the need to respond, I can be reached at 2288618384, my name is Cindy. I do plan to take this complaint to the district office because i feel that a manager was aware of the problems, and failed to correct them. I know i am just one person, and it probably doesn't matter, but now you know and maybe to can treat your oher customers better.
