A Plus Patio and Screen LLC

My sunroom was finished this past Thursday and I am thrilled beyond expectation with the result. Dwight was wonderful to work with, very personable, extremely knowledgeable, honest, takes pride in the workmanship of his product and really listens and cares about the customer's needs. He listened to what I wanted and even offered up suggestions that I hadn't thought of (split A/C - which I highly recomment vs hotel A/C unit, extending the roof over the porch, etc) which truly made the room even better. He explained the entire process to me including the timeline and provided me with a detailed contract and price. My sunroom was finished on time and on budget. He came out to the jobsite several times to check on the progress and very patiently answered all the additional questions I had. He sets an extremely high standard in every aspect of the job and ensures that everyone from his subcontractors to his crews maintain that standard. There were no shortcuts, substandard products, etc allowed. His crews are excellent. Everyone who worked on my sunroom was professional, high skilled, clearly took pride in their work and always left a clean job site. His pricing is competitive and honestly, the end result is so much better than his competitors. He maintained regular contact with me to ensure I always knew who was coming out and when. Because the warranty on the sunroom was one of my top priorites, I checked the Better Business Bureau on all 3 companies I received estimates on and was I glad I did, the other 2 companies had numerous complaints regarding failure to make repairs under the warranty. A+ Patio had none of those issues. I can't recomment A+ Patios highly enough. Dwight even ensure that I had decorative outlet covers which is just an example of the attention to detail that A+ provides. My sunroom turned beautifully and is the best room in my house. A+ Patio exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more pleased.

I was impressed from the moment I had my meeting with the owner Dwight Blythe. He came with his license, etc. to show me. He drew up a very detailed contract, which he followed to the letter. His attention to detail and dedication to his customer shows in the quality of workmanship of the personnel who build for him. I am so happy with the finished product and would recommend him to family, friends or anyone I know who needs a sunroom, screen room, etc. Awesome company.

Impressed from the start. Dwight is a true professional. He went the extra mile to research the builder of our house to match the brick and mortar for our sunroom exactly to our home. He gave us the best quote and even came in under it with a couple of extras as well. He and his crew did a fantastic job on the sunroom and communicated with us every step of the way. I would recommend Dwight and his crew to friends, family, and anyone looking for a quality sunroom.

My experience with A Plus Patio and Screen was 10 star--or for review purposes 5+++++!!!!! The owner Dwight Blythe, took the time to explain the differences of wind ratings and what it takes to secure your patio cover in 130+ MPH winds. My decision to use this company was the best one I have made in many years. His crew was punctual, professional and worked from the minute they arrived until the job was finished. NO lunch break, NO breaks at all and most importantly no cell phone chatter or lenghthy conversations among themselves about what they planned to do (if you know what I mean)! They are well trained and know exactly what to do BEFORE they arrive due to careful planning and accurate instructions from the owner, Dwight. I LOVE THE PATIO and can now enjoy the outdoors again since I have been confined to a wheel chair for the past couple of years. It is attractive and SOLID as a Rock! Betty in Diamondhead
