Literally my first bad fast food experience. The manager Thomas got our order wrong and refused to fix it and called me and my family liars when we confronted him. A number 11 doesn't sound like a number 1 and I don't appreciate paying for something I don't want and being told I'm a liar
Terrible customer service and workers have horrible attitudes. Everyone that works there seems lazy and unqualified to even work in the fast food industry.
I am a diabetic, I always order an unsweetened tea. 9/10 times ordering unsweetened tea, their tea is 3 days old and mold tasting even after they supposedly put new tea out. I noticed the last time I went there they no longer had the date sticker on the jug to show when the tea was made. In a food service industry, tea must be made at maximum every FOUR hours. They will let it sit there if it's half full. I have even ordered their hot latte plain. Plain is NO sugar, NO flavors added. It is espresso and hot milk. When I order them I specified NO sugar or flavors, just plain. When I get it served to me it has sugar and chocolate added. So I will take it back an show them my receipt of Plain Latte. They give me an attitude about it, so I say I want a refund. I have even gotten a refund on the tea for being soured. The customer service at this location is the worst I have ever seen. It seems like they only hire high school dropouts or teens with low GPA's. A GPA tells more than if someone makes good grades. It also tells how involved a person is in their school, how much effort they give in their assignments, if they attend school on a daily basis, if they are a trouble maker. You can't have a high GPA if you put zero effort in. That's why a lot of employers want to know your GPA. Maybe McDonalds doesn't use the GPA when considering hiring people. I have also noticed McDonalds trying to compete with a high end chicken sandwich fast food restaurant; you will never rise to their standards with your current employees or hiring process. The people McDonalds hire has low priorities and no morals. I will gladly pay the price for higher end fast food chicken or burger restaurants simply based on customer service alone.
Just passing through from new Orleans, This has got to be the best Taco bell I've ever visited. My order was so fresh and 100% correct. This place definitely sets the bar for other locations.
beautiful cashier with the long eyelashes always has a smile on her face and gets orders quickly to keep the line moving fast.
Horrible services forgot about my order. Then fries were not done. Vistor from Louisiana. Not happy at all I spent my good hard earn money why crappy services. I've worked in fast food. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
The food is very nasty never fresh. The manger Meagan is very rude and don't care about her customers. Will never eat here again. Not worth spending your money.
They are always out of want you want and push old food they have made. I don't know what happen but the manager and employees are a joke. Another fast food off my list.
WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO HAD TO WSIT FPR PVER THIRTY MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU WHILE THE WORKER TALKS ON HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE THEN LEAVES AND GOES OUT.
I went there tonight to order for a family of 5. I ordered two bacon ranch salads without cheese for my husband and I. They refused to give it to me without cheese. She said her manager told her to disallow this salad being ordered without cheese just today. Took my business elsewhere, of course...wasn't the cashier's fault, but really? I am supposed to have to pick shredded cheese out of my salad? No thanks...
