I told my fiancé at the time she should use t mobile so she could save some money. they told her she would get a 849 dollar rebate within 6 to 8 weeks. tim the manager at t mobile told her had everything done for her to get her rebate. well he told her that 3 times and every time it was done right. customer service told her every timer that it had to be resubmitted. this all started September of 2016 and it just got fixed on 1-14-17. worst customer service we have ever experienced. chris the main manager did get it fixed finally but when the rebate card came in the mail it was 400 dollars short. they did give us a credit on the bill but that was too late. we both had to go there several times each and there was always an excuse or we were told just give us 3 more days well that turned into almost 4 months. do not use tmobile worst service ever.
I was greater with a friendly and welcoming hello upon entering the store. An employee asked if she could help me and proceeded to do so, however my battery was getting low and needed to be hooked up to the communal charger at the counter, employee L that was helping me asked if she could plug my phone up to one said charger. Then rude employee S replied, "I would rather you not, my phone is about to die." In great disbelief I stood there waiting to see what was about to ensue. Stunned to say the least that an employee would act that way towards a customer is appalling. Rude Employee S then proceeded to help another customer with what I took as a sarcastic attitude, I also work in customer service and that type of behavior is not tollerated.
