PRM has managed my property for over five years. They have kept an outstanding occupancy rate with quality tenants. Repairs and services have been handled very quickly at very reasonable rates. House make-ready repairs have been surprisingly fast and inexpensive.They handle minor repairs without seeking my approval - which I see as a huge benefit. I use a management company so I don't have to worry about the little $50-200 repairs. I want them fixed without delay to keep quality tenants happy and in place - that's what I get with this company.I am happy with their service, will continue to use them, and I will look for other properties in the area for them to manage for me.

If you are an owner looking for property management, please read.The staff appears to be courteous, but that is the only positive. The quality of their financial record keeping to track expenses has added grey hair to my beard. The rent distribution to the owner is given on the 15th of the month, along with the statement of activity..... from the prior month. This means that the statement you are given is for the money you received last month. If you have questions about the current distribution, you will have to wait until the following month to see the statement, but you will be confused by the following month's shortfall of funds received. There is a sense of low integrity with the operation they are running, and I am suspecting a scam. I would not be surprised if this company is audited in the future for the way they are handling business. There has not been a single month where the rent collected justifies the distribution to me as the owner. Please find another management company to handle your property. By far, this is the worst experience I have had dealing with any property management company.

Worst place to go. They refuse to fix anything and if you ask more than 1 time, they get an attitude with you. Lived in one of their townhouses almost 5 months and out of the 20 things wrong when we moved in, only 1 has been fixed. Don't choose these people!!
As stated in the other review, this "Team" of swindlers will make it seem like they are going to fix things and then try to evict you if you don't let them get away with it. I have never been treated so poorly by a rental agency!! Do not use them!
They are terrible people, They invade your privacy, spy on you, oh but they do nothing wrong, photograph your personal belongings, but they do nothing wrong...Try to repair things at unreasonable hours but that is okay right??? Make outrageous acquisations against Tenants but that is okay Right?? But as long as they get that money at the end of the day in which they do we pay our rent on time but yet still get harrassed over every little thing Well I guess if I filled for bankruptcy as well I would try to get every little dollar I could get out of people not..They are crooks and christian jew jobbers...Cant wait to till this lease is up to run and run like hell away from these people...
What a terribly managed apartment complex. The swimming pool doesn't open until June. The fitness center and swimming pool are only open when the office is open and they have mandatory meetings that if you don't attend they threaten to evict you. The gate doesn't work. It's a gated community but the gate is open 24/7. This place is horrible. As soon as my lease is up I will be leaving. 0/10 would not recommend.

These are the worst rental property managers I have ever had to deal with. If you make verbal agreements with them, they do not honor that and WILL give you an eviction notice with the excuse that that's the policy. I've NEVER had an eviction notice after a verbal agreement with the other property management and I've lived here for almost 3 years. It rains inside the apartment, even in light showers, they do not come fix anything in a timely manner (the windows are still leaking, have NOT been fixed.) They will enter your home when you're not there, and send you patronizing letters. They treat these crappy little apartments like condos, but do nothing to fix it. They don't answer phones calls and rarely call you back for things like repairs or questions. Do not rent from these people. They are the worst business owners I've come in contact with.
