I love going to this restaurant, Great food and doesn't take long in sitting you and I feel right at home especially with peanut shells under your feet, Just kidding about the peanut shells not on my floor at home maybe kid toys but peanut shells hahaha!
The food was terrible. Service was terrible. Manager had to fix everything . Never will stop there again.
Everything was very good. The service was good BUT the music was so loud that it was not a good experience. WHEN asked to turn it down we were told "it's a roadhouse and policy says it has to be loud" I won't be coming back.
We have been eating at O'Charley"s about twice a month for several years and have always found the food and service excellent. However we went to the Gulfport, MS location last night, Oct. 23, 2016, and found the menu changed and the service excellent but the menus had changed and the food was all but uneatable. The shrimp My wife ordered was over cooked and tough, the so called baby back ribs were not baby back ribs but some very fat pork ribs about 60% fat that I could not eat and were left for the garbage. The changes that have been mad have turned this great place to eat into a second rate place. I would not recommend this location to anyone who want a good meal. It sucked.
Ordered the wings. Nasty chicken. Blood on the bones and the skin was real thick. They use cheapest chicken you can buy. Nasty!!!!!! Place does not look real clean and looks worn out and music too loud.
The food is great. It's some of the staff that you have to put up with. Ordering then being told that you didn't order ? That was after putting in the order with a manager ? Sometimes too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
Great place to eat! The food is delicious and the people are nice. The girl up front has an awesome attitude and greats you with a smile always. The gumbo is out of this world yummy, anything grilled is really good, and the fried pork chops is just like how mom used to make it.
Average chain-food restaurant. Decent atmosphere. OK kids meals, for people with children. Much better to go during the week, instead of weekends, when most people go out to eat around there.
