They arrive on time and explain everything that is required to make repairs. They went the extra mile as my 15 year old dryer required several parts. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I had tried calling other companies and did not get a response. When I called Ray's, they responded immediately and set up a time to come repair my oven. On the day of the repair, they called ahead and showed up on time. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them again.

I wish to remain anonymous. Speaking for all the people who have used this man and have been shafted. Please stay away. This has too stop. I know people have to make a living, but preying on individuals in need is totally wrong. Just remember this, you get what you pay for. Last time I check, buying bull---- did not cost that much money. Hint.
