        Overall

        I was told to make an appointment for an alignment, i did so per their request, only to wait 2 hours and be told that appointment does not matter . 3 years ago i was told to buy the lifetime warranty on alignnment and balancing and i did so, and have had problems every since!!!! I wouldnt mind paying to have the alignment done somewhere else if i would have known this is how they treat their appointments!
