Very disappointed, first of all I bought a transmision for 750, and put it in the truck with all new seals, filter and pan gasket like they recomend. The transmission didn't have any other gear but first, so I took it out and back. They give me another one that the transmission pan was caved in and selinoid's was broke, so I didn't put in my truck, I took it back to get my money back and they don't give refund. So we tried to talk to owner (wes) he wouldnt talk to us he stayed on forklift and made his employer talk to us. They give us a store credit for future part. I have to still pay my credit card bill with no transmission. They had another one they tried to give out of a burnt truck but I was done with the problems. I found one at carguts for 500 and less miles. Would not recommend. Owner is nothing like his father.

I called up ther about 4 times looking for a part for a car I was working on , I'm not from around here so didn't know where to turn . Friend of mine told me to call L&L so I did . Some guy answered sounded like he was drunk and told me to hold on , which I did for like 15 mins. So I did this like 4 times same drunk guy same results . Then I facebooked them acted like I've never talked to them before , No responce back ,,Yet . Is this even a real business . Would like to at least be acknowledged and told no . The comments I've seen , they must deal more with businesses and not walk-ins or the public. Not a professional way to run a business .

Don't go here, these guys are a bunch of liars. I got a quote from the owner (WES) online then went to the office to pick up the parts as well as some additional parts from the same stock number. Bearded guy at the front desk asked me why I wanted parts from that specific stock number, after i told him because I knew the miles (cross referenced with the transmission on Car-part.com) he told itd be $220. I was quoted $150 from Wes. Bait and switch so i said F it and walked. Drove from Hickory to get this kind of service. Never again. I shouldve known by the 1st question they asked was where is it shipping to. They don't want to deal with customers face to face or let the customers see the product before deciding. Theyd rather ship the part to you and get rid of it. Too many other options online for service like this. Use (ebay or car-part.com) and find a yard that wants to deal with people and provide good service

The guys in the office were not friendly and i was sold a front door for a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a hundred bucks, which should had been sold at a lower price than that, considering that it needs paint and bodywork. Also the parts puller, who unistalled the door off a jeep in the salvage yard for me, had taken a short cut and just cut the wire's that are for the power windows, door locks and power mirrows, rather than unplug them like he should have. I later stopped at a body shop and they said all he had to do was unplug the wires and that they should not have been cut. The guy was paid to uninstall the door and should not have cut the wires. He was unprofessional and took a short cut, just to help himself out and save himself some time, rather than help the customer out, which was me. I know there are some good reviews, but most of them are bad on this yellowpages.com site and they are mostly bad on other sites i have noticed as well. Should make you think twice about shopping there, because you don't want to be the next victim comming here to write a bad review about them, which they deserve.
