Mull's Towing & Recovery

My son and I was stranded off exit 8 on I-85 south while heading back to Georgia from New York. I was driving a stick shift 07 Honda accord when the clutch burned out.

Bobby from Mull's towing came and their was a misunderstanding about the towing destination which was to a U-Haul dealer in Gastonia and not Kings Mountain.

He not only took us to Gastonia but help secure our car onto the U-Haul towing apparatus so I could drive back to Georgia.

My daughter's car broke down on Interstate 85 on a Sunday afternoon while driving from Atlanta to Virginia. Triple A gave her Mull's contact information for assistance. They showed up very quickly, and towed her car to their garage. The tried to do an alternator repair for her that afternoon but ended up needing some parts that were only available the next day. The found the parts fairly early the next morning and repaired her car and she was on the road. They were very prompt, very reasonable cost wise, and very courteous and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Thank you Mull's for taking care of my daughter's car, and for taking care of her. My truck broke down, and the driver was there in twenty minutes. He towed the car about 1.5 miles, and was bragging about he was the only one in the company who could back my truck into the driveway. Well I asked if he saw my seven year old Japanese Maple, he said yeah I won't hit it, the BAM he broke it slam off. He said he would replace it? Left me a voice mail stating that he'd been to three nursery's, and that he had to order another. Never heard from he or the company again.

Mr. Mulls was my savior late Sunday night. My car broke down on the side of the road in the middle of the country late Sunday night. So I pulled out my phone and researched towing in Grover, NC and Mr. Mulls was the first listing. I called him and he told me he would come out and get my car for me. He suggested a place to take it, Stateline Auto Brokers on Cleveland Ave so I told him that would be fine. He called me when he picked my car up and told me that it was at the mechanics. The next day I found out that what was wrong with the car was under a warranty so I called Mr. Mulls again and asked him if he would pick it back up and drop it off at the dealership. He agreed and did just that for a VERY VERY reasonable price. I am so grateful for Mr. Michael. He saved me a whole lot of trouble, talked me through the issue, recommended a great mechanics shop, and then followed up to make sure I got the best price and service.
