I bought a new cobalt in '15. My salesperson was JJ and was so client/service oriented. Answered my questions and returned calls and texts promptly -- also helped set up insurance for my new boat. Once, I got to the dock and forgot my keys 50 minutes away, JJ brought out a new set. A year later I needed to sell the boat, and JJ was, sadly, no longer with Arrowhead. My person was Corey. My experience selling with Corey was a 180 from the purchase with JJ. I couldn't get Corey to return calls or texts. Ultimately, he sold my boat -- but despite the 10% commission -- he acted condescending and like he was doing me a favor. I wish Arrowhead's customer service was in line with their boat selection!
