I went to get my eyebrows done yesterday and I was very clear that I did not want much off because I liked the shape of them. I even told her that I had a trip planned out of state for two days later so I really couldn't afford to have bad eyebrows. Cheryl then proceeded to wax them and I was anxious to see the results. They were anything but good. They were uneven, and not even close to how they looked before. I had had my eyebrows perfectly in position towards the middle and when she waxed the middle she took more from the right side then the left, so now my eyebrows are two different widths from my nose. Also on the right side she took more off from the underneath. She made them look like a semi-circle on my face. Now I have to go out of state and visit people whom I haven't seen and years with terrible eyebrows. I am never going near there again, and I suggest you do not either. I hate looking in the mirror now more than ever, so thank you Divine Angles, for nothing.
Stay Away from this Nail Salon .. horrid experience + quality of work is not worth price.I asked for very simple nail service : basic pink and white set. I was on my way out for vacation so i asked Stephanie to simply lay acrylic and i would shape, file, polish myself. sounds easy right?Stephanie claimed to be a nail tech since 1994 .. my set looked like a beginner . the smile line on every nail was uneven and smokey.. yes smokey/blurry ,, there was a big gap on most nails from the cuticle to where acrylic began as if i had new growth or needed balance , the set overall was blotchy and full of mistakes.i quietly allowed Stephanie ample amount of time & opportunity to fix her mistakes .. but she didn't .. she was happy to just take my money ($40) and run with it.when i brought mistakes to her attention she acted as if she couldnt see any issues .. stephanie refused to come down on price after doing a horrible job and we had to get police involved ... funny enough she accepted $25 for a special she never even notified me of .. you cannot charge people high end prices when you provide horrible quality. The ignorance & unprofessional-ism i faced in her salon warranted me to post this review. Save your money and go else where..It makes sense why her clientele is low when shes been there at least 2-3 years. * Will post pics soon as I figure it out *
My son has autism and Ms Kristy is wonderful with him, very patient and understanding. Plus she is incredibly fast and does a great job! You know it's great when you are willing to travel 30 mins to get your childs hair cut.
I've gone to this place 4 or 5 times on my way home from work to get a pedicure, and thinking that with the huge sign on the door that says: "WALK INS WELCOME" I'd get in with no problem. But usually whoever is working looks at you like you're an idiot when you walk in and ask for a pedicure. I've gotten a few responses, ranging from "She's not in today" to "Oh she was supposed to be here an hour ago". Argh!Note to the owners/management... take down the walk-ins sign, or hire someone who is actually going to be there during your hours of operation. I have no idea what service is like for the stylist portion of the business, but there's never been any clients when I went in there.
