Capitol City Mini Storage

We went to the facility today and was told by the worker that there was one spot left that was 30 feet and we went out and looked at it. We proceed to fill out paperwork and tried pay but had to go home to get additional specifics on our trailer and a different credit card because they could not get the Target Visa to take. We assured the gentleman that we lived just a few minutes away in a western development of Urbandale. We returned about 30 minutes later only to have been lied to. He said it was taken now and there was another 30 foot spot. Needless to say this was not consistent with our first interaction with him and the spot that remained was not comparable even though 30 feet in length the space between trailers was marginal. Now we know why there has been accidents. We would not recommend this as long as these behaviors and deceptive practices are allowed to occur.
