My grandparents eat here at least twice a week, every week! I live out of state now but every time I come home to visit, I can always count on a trip to Jedi's! The food is always outstanding and the servers know us by name! I highly recommend to anyone!

I was charged for someone else's bill & after 3 months I'm still waiting for a credit!! I was told if I didn't see it in my account after 5 days to call them. I called and was told that the owner, Gus, would call me back. After not hearing back from him, I went into the restaurant. I was told Gus wasn't there & he was the only one authorized to give a refund. Went in a 2nd time and was told Gus & his family were vacationing in Fl and would be back in 2 weeks. On 2/6/17, I went in a 3rd time and was told Gus was in a meeting and couldn't be interrupted. I refused to leave without my refund. The manager flat our refused to help me & gave me excuse after excuse of how she was not going to bother Gus during his "meeting" nor would she look into the matter herself. Then why are you a "manager"? How many times do I need to come back just to be told sorry Gus isn't available? The manager blamed me for not calling ahead & making an appointment with Gus. I need an appointment to get my own money back? How about you investigate the matter from day one and call me back? Even if he wasn't there the 1st time I went in, why not have him look into it when he does get in and call me back. I told the manager that since the funds were taken from my debit card, to call Gus and tell him she was taking $47.62 out of the register for the refund. She said she wasn't going to steal money out of the register. But it's OK for them to steal my money and refuse to give it back to me?? I still can't believe the way I was treated and their flat out refusal to fix the problem right then and there. How many times am I supposed to go there and how much longer do they expect me to wait? This is not how you run a business or treat paying customers. I went straight to my bank and had them file a dispute with Visa. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. Unbelievable!
I don't think there's a way to have a worse restaurant experience. Just left after being threatened and kicked out because I contested my bill. Ordered a dinner that came with soup and salad, and ten minutes after ordering, I was told that my dinner wasn't available. No apologies, just a menu thrust at me with a waitress staring at me while I soaked in the fact that my friends' meals would be out any moment and anything I ordered would come out after. I finally ordered french toast, which was hastily made and therefore eggy and charred. Then when the bill came, I had had enough. The soup and salad, which was a part of my initial dinner order, was on my bill. I asked to speak with a manager and that is when I was told if I didn't pay for my bill, the police would be called and I was no longer welcome there. Horrendous, embarrassing, and ridiculous. Worst dining experience ever.
Slow service, food is worse every time I visit.
When I first moved in town this place had good food at a reasonable price. Over the last year or so the quality has gone down and the price's drastically up. I understand adjusting your price's to meet inflation but a 20% - 50% increase on all items on the menu is over doing it. Needless to say after years of patronage I will no longer be frequenting this restaurant.
