They are consistently bad. Food cooked improperly, surly managers and incorrect orders, especially at the drive through. I stopped going for awhile due to these reasons, but decided to give them another chance today. The order was wrong, the steak biscuit was hard as a brick, and the egg was left off of another biscuit. The owner assured me that these problems had been fixed, bit it appears that he was wrong. This location needs new management ASAP, along with much stricter quality control measures.
Super slow and lazy. They were arguing in front of the customers inside. Took them 30 minutes to get both of our sandwiches. They pulled us forward and my boyfriend had to go in and remind them that we came in through the drive thru and ordered food. The food was cold and didn't seem cooked all the way through. I hope we don't get sick..
THE MOST GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. THEY NOTIFY EMPLOYEES TO COME TO WORK AS LATE AS 11PM THEY DAY BEFORE EXPECTED. THEY OVER STAFFED THE RESTAURANT AND THEN FORCED THE NEW HIRED WORKERS TO WORK 1-2 DAYS A MONTH OR ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS WHILE THEY LEFT WORKERS FROM NORTH CAROLINA COME DOWN TO TRAIN UNTIL THEIR STORE OPENS. JUST FLAT OUT UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, ESPECIALLY THE YOUNGER AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE.
Waited almost 10 minutes at the window with no line finally got my food in the bread was soggy and fries were cold.
