My vehicle was totaled and the process through the insurance company was very easy and smooth. The service reps at Enterprise were awesome. Here's where my disappointment with Enterprise comes in to play. Because my vehicle was totaled the insurance company only gave me an additional 7 days with my rental, I turned around and rented another vehicle from them and the process was smooth again however because my city was having a big event I was treated as a tourist when it came to the rates. Not cool Enterprise, I turned in the rental that the insurance company was paying for the very same date/time as the one I was getting. You (service reps) knew what was going on, my car was totaled in a tornado. I felt I should not have been lumped in as a tourist.
Extremely easy process-did reservation online night before, picked up vehicle with no wait whatsoever, vehicle was clean and in decent shape (although not what I wanted-it was between a little tennis shoe car or a minivan...I chose the tennis shoe!), the service was excellent. Employees were very professional and polite, I was very impressed. My only complaint was availability in the class I rented (a tennis shoe!) and when I needed to extend the rental all phone calls were preceded by extremely long wait times...10-12 minutes or more. My only other complaint is the attempt to automatically add the additional insurance charge on my extension request-the cost went from $337 to $99! Again, overall GOOD experience and I would both recommend and use again in the future!!
