The worse service and food EVER! Went there and got my usual, which was a blt no mayo. They lathered on dressing that was so discusting. When I questioned them about it they said I should have asked for it "dry" and that they put dressing on all of their sandwiches. I should have known! Really! What kind of answer is that. Also the bacon was so fatty and discusting I've never had such gross bacon. I called and spoke with "Carol" who was rude and argued and lectured me over the phone for 15 minutes about how to properly order a sandwich from their establishment. I asked to speak with her supervisor and was told "Carla" would be in at 4 pm that day. So I saved my sandwich to show her how truly bad it was. She was even more rude than "Carol". Wow! This is how you treat your loyal customers! Carla kept saying "We did not do anything wrong"! Instead of, "I'm sorry that your experience and the quality of our food was substandard, what can we do to make this right for you?". Nope, she repeated the same thing over and over again. I looked up this company and Carla is actually one of the registered owners. Do NOT eat at this place. Lousy service and lousy food!!!

Being a foodie I enjoy trying many new restaurants and supporting local ones. The feeling I recieved from this establishment was if you are a regular customer its great. I was ignored for a few minutes when I walked in the door and had to wait with no one else. After I was finally seated the hostess poured me an awsome cup of coffee! I do not know there brand but it is good. Then I waited yet again as the waitress spoke with more regular customers and gossiping about local topics. She finally made it over to me and took my order, I was there for breakfast so I tried the Fancy French Toast Combo they had on the menu. When I recieved my food, I did not recieve the combo. It was only the french toast. I did not complain because every time she came in the room she spoke with her regular customers. The hostess finally brought me more coffee as my cup had been empty awhile. I did not finish the french toast because it was not that good. I paid and left. The atmosphere is very nice, the service not good, the food could be better, the portions good for the price. If you are a regular customer I am sure you will love the place and keep going back. If you are a new one, do not expect that much attention.
