Once this out fit has your possession,even if you pay your bill, you can not access your storage unit unless you have your id. My wallet was stolen and when I went to pay my storage fees they would not accept my payment. They would not let me change units to a smaller size unit or access my unit even though I owe them no money. This outfit is poorly operated and is a scam to keep your personal belongings and auction them off. I would not recommend doing business with public storage.
