I believe the doctor was very thorough and very caring.

Very compassionate. Office was very comfortable and efficient. Front office was very welcoming and put me at ease on the phone and was very welcoming when I arrived a nervous wreck. You can tell the staff up front has been here a long time and put me at ease. Dr. Yatsushiro and his assistant were very sincere and explained everything and I never felt one single thing! I wonder now why I had so much anxiety prior to my appointment. I wished this was my office for all my dental work.

I needed an emergency root canal over the Holiday, perfect timing, NOT!!! I was referred to Dr. Yatsushiro. He was AMAZING! He was calming, caring and very detailed about the work he was about to perform. I had a weird request, I liked the comfort/weight of the x-ray blanket on me, so he said "no problem, we've actually had that request before" Words can't explain what an wonderful experience it was. And yes, I'm talking about a ROOT CANAL!

This place is really amazing. I was greeted warmly by Deanna. I was so nervous and she put me right at ease. The office was comfortable and welcoming. Then I got to meet my assistant and she was friendly and quick to get my questions and xrays completed. Then I got to meet Dr Jon. So graceful and so patient, he is so gentle and kind. He has a true tender way which is genuine and has a sincere way to proceed with this making the dreaded root canal something like NOTHING...I am so lucky.
