Countryside Pet Spa

We love Countryside Pet Spa! It's the only place we leave our dogs. We've been using their kennel for years! They have special days for dogs on holidays and one year they took our Pom's picture and it ended up in the newspaper in their ad! We still have it framed. It takes a lot of stress out of vacations knowing our dogs will be safe the whole time we are gone.

We have been bringing our dog to the Countryside Pet Spa for over 13 years and always feel comfortable leaving her with them. They are flexible with feeding schedules as she has aged and give her lots of attention which she loves! We always participate in the Thanksgiving treats or special holiday walks. We look forward to reading her "report card" as it always makes us smile knowing that they understand our special girl. The staff is very caring and over the years our multiple positive experiences have resulted in a great trust of the team that works there. Our dog is special to us and having the knowledge that she is well cared for while we are away is so appreciated. We recommend the Countryside Pet Spa to everyone we know with a pet.

We have been bringing our dogs to Countryside for longer than I can remember, at least 15 years. I love knowing they are in good hands while we are on vacation. The staff is super friendly and always remember my dogs names. (and mine too) They truly care about their "guests". One of my family's favorite things to do was read the "report card" given out at the end of the stay.

We have been boarding our dog with Countryside for almost 10 years and we can't say enough wonderful things about them! We travel frequently, and even though it's difficult leaving our baby behind, we know she's in excellent hands with caring people who truly seem to love animals. The facility is clean and the kennels and runs are a good size. The grounds are peaceful and wooded and perfect for dog walks. The staff is super friendly, and they really take the time to get to know your pet. Most importantly, we trust them. We don't know what we would do without Countryside Pet Spa!

We have been using Countryside Pet Spa for 25 years. They have wonderful grooming services and our dog looks forward to her day at the spa. We have left our dog in the kennel for many vacations knowing they are gettingthe best care. When we return we get a report card telling us all the days of play and fun our pet has enjoyed. I found Countryside thru my groomer over 25 yrs ago. I live in NE Portland so that was quite a journey for me. I have never regreted one day. My 1st baby "Sasha" visited with them for over 16yrs. I must admit my 1st stay was traumatic (for me) but each and every return (4-5X/yr- I travel alot) Sasha would jump out rushing in for her stay.

After Sasha forfilled her purpose (loving me and showing me what 'life' is meant to be) I have a new love in my life BuddyGuy. To make a long story short and give credit where it's due, the staff at CSP (they give a daily writen report on your love ones habits, eating, ADL, and any changes they observe) advised that Buddy Guy seemed to be having breathing problems while on his daily walks, they decided to only take him for short potty breaks. Since then I've had Buddy evaluated at the NWV Specialty clinic and he has a dx of a Collapsed Trachea- you know I am eternaly grateful and feel secure in the service and "pampering" we receive from Countryside Pet Spa.

Originally recommended by our Vet, we have boarded dogs with Countryside for 19+ years and every experience has been focused on the best care for the dog. The evidence, every dog has been more than enthusiastic to pass through their door to the point of jumping over the counter. I have always recommended Countryside when asked about sites to board dogs and have yet to hear a negative comment from any of those referrals.

Scooter hates to be away from us and he can get very grumpy when we are not around. But over the years Countryside has become his second home, the staff at Countryside is very good to Scooter and today he gets a little less grumpy when we have to leave him. It is great to have peace of mind when we have to board Scooter. We always know that he is in good hands and is getting the best care. Countryside Pet Spa is the best boarding place that we ever did business with, I am so happy that we found them and have been a happy customer for the past 12 years.

My cat hates to be away from home but she is safe at Countryside. They take great care of her and she always comes home healthy. Thanks for making her stay comfortable.

Our Boys (12yr Ivan and 18yr Nikky) loved the Spa. They were very happy with so much attention. They are very social cats and having a sitter isn't enough attention for them Thanks to all the caregivers a the Spa for all the nice things you had to say about our kitties! We have rebooked for the future and will travel with a clear conscience, as we know they get the best of care at Countrside Pet Spa.

Cece loves to go to Countryside Pet Spa. Our Llaso Apso refers to going there as "going on vacation". He insists they know how to treat him well. He loves the daily walks and

attention that he gets. it is easy for my mother to leave, knowing he enjoys his time there.

He goes in with his tail up, and a doggie smile on his face!

We have appreciated Countryside Pet Spa's service for well over 10 years now. We have a satisfaction that when we leave our pet with the spa family we will enjoy our time away and not have worries. We recently had to put our dog to sleep and Countryside Pet Spa wasted no time in sending us a card letting us know they will miss having her and the card was signed by all of the employees. Thumbs up!

We have been taking our Rowdy to Countryside for the past 6 years. They are so friendly and we trust them completely with our guy. It is rare that you find a kennel that is so loving and trustworthy!

Very clean facility with friendly, professional staff. Both our pets (dog/cat) have stayed here. They take loving care of our pets and we love seeing the report cards when we return.

I personally had a situation where I had forgotten what time they closed and I was supposed to drop my dog off so I could head out for the airport. When I arrived at Country Spa, they were closed and I was in a panick. One of the staff quickly made some calls and was able to register my dog in so I could be on my way -- thank you! This could have been a disaster, but they handled it very well.

Countryside is by far the best kennel we have found. The staff is always friendly, caring and pleasant. Even on big holiday's there seems to be room for your pet, and each kennel is individual and cozy (no chainlink). So there are no problems with your neighbors :) Our pet always comes back clean and happy. Thanks Countryside.

We have taken our welsh corgi to countryside pet spa several times. Corgis are high energy dogs and one of the many things we appreciate from countryside is options for our" Sonny boy" to get some exercise with arena time or going for outdoor walks. It's much more enjoyable for us to leave him knowing he's not in a kennel the entire time he is there. Also the staff is always very friendly and the facilities have always been well maintained and clean. As long as we a need for a place like countryside pet spa we will definitely depend on them for their services.

Countryside has been great for the number of years I have used them. My dog has special allergy medications that have to be given and they have always given the best customer service. I highly recommend them as a commercial kennel for your pets needs.
