We bought a futon frame and mattress. Mary was most helpful in explaining the working mechanisms of folding and unfolding bed as well as the different kinds of mattresses available. We selected the Pocket Coil Plus mattress on a standard Autumn frame. Since we live out of town, we were concerned about setting up the frame and mattress. Mary clearly explained the set up process and referred us to excellent video on the Web site. We had no problems setting up the futon.

However, when we got home and removed the mattress from the box, it had several tiny holes in its cover. We called, sent pictures to Mary and Gordon, and within a few days we had a new replacement mattress. They apologized for this rare flaw in manufacture.

We are very pleased with the furniture and the service we received.
