I recently went in to cancel my membership and was treated horribly by Tammy the manager. She was unprofessional and demeaning. She appeared to have very poor hygiene. I was informed by Tammy that I was still going be charged the yearly monthly maintenance fee even after I had cancelled. I asked to speak to her manager and she refused. I asked for the corporate phone number and she refused. I paid $1200 on a personal trainer there Denisse. Big Mistake! She was not flexible with my schedule. When I had to cancel one of my sessions because of a family death on 01/04/17 she still charged me for my session anyway. I was never allowed to cancel but my trainer cancelled whenever she wanted. I had requested to set up my session times for 8pm. Denisse refused stating that she left by 8pm every night. I rushed as fast as I could when I got off work to get in my over priced sessions before 8pm. Then to my surprise the last few sessions we had were often cut short because she had a new client that she scheduled for 8pm. I’m not sure why he/she got the privilege of the 8pm time slot and I did not but that is what happened. Other times I would show up to my 7:30pm dession on time and she would make me wait until 8:30 pm. I’m not sure why after spending $1200 I was treated poorly but I was. Once I advised her that I could not pay anymore money she cancelled our final session. I felt so uncomfortable that I never went back...but still paying my monthly dues for another year. I advised Tammy of my experience and she condescendingly said that I should have said something a year ago; too late now. When I called my boyfriend to come in and Witness Tammy being so nasty to me she ‘disappeared’ and some one else finished helping me cancel my membership. I was upset and rightfully so. I left a harsh but truthful review on google about my experience and this was the nasty threatening text message that I received in return. I do not recommend this place!
The best point fighter of all times , great relating to the students, great motivator. Is great with kids and has a\r great repore with his student…
Don't buy a membership for the basketball. I bought my son a membership because several of his friends have memberships. They all play basketball on teams at school so they know what they are doing. However, since they are only 14 years old the other players won't let them play. My son and his friends had to go there during the early afternoon when the courts were empty, but when the older people show up in the late afternoon they completely take over the court and refuse to give the kids a turn. I spoke to the manager and she informed me that there is nothing they can do about what happens on the courts. It's up to the players. I told her that the kids pay their dues and are being bullied by the adults and that wouldn't it be simple to just put up a chalkboard or a piece of PAPER so everyone could write their names down and take their turn in order? She said they couldn't do something like that because it's known that there are no RULES in the basketball court. I cancelled the membership right then of course because apparently the MANAGEMENT AGREES WITH BULLYING.
I joined because my son likes to play basketball there (although there is rarely anyone on the court for him to play with.) There is never anyone there. It is always dead, which I hate. I like being surrounded by energy and other people kickin tail but this does not offer that kind of environment (better in the weight rm but mostly guys). The cardio machines look and perform like they are from Sears. They are definitely not gym quality. I find myself running outside more to avoid having to use their squeaky equipment. Overall the place is old and run down. They have not been apart of Gold's for a while but there is still a Gold's banner hanging downstairs. I was a member back in 1995 for awhile and the same posters of Arnold Schwarzenegger are still hanging up, faded and sun bleached and tired. Fake plants and flowers in the girls locker room..... Family times are a joke. 2 hours Sat and Sun. The Sunday times are right in the middle of church so anyone going to church is outta luck. I have not interacted with the staff so I cannot comment of friendliness.
Dr. Ana and her whole team are responsible for helping me be pain free for days at a time for the first time in decades. I am treated kindly, even if I'm a little late, and they work their tails off to make sure they take care of me.I am a high maintenance patient to have, and the entire office and team there are sooo good at making the pain relief system they have work. I see Dr. Ana for all of my issues, (celiacs, scoliosis, anxiety/depression, chrohns) and this is the first doctor I have ever found who is effective in helping me get better. They also take insurance.... I get acupuncture and massage for my copay!I can't express my gratitude enough. :)
All they care about is getting your money not about giving you what you pay to get. Employee's are rude and unable (or unwilling) to help. We went in ready to join this club and after waiting over half an hour for someone to help us (not even being allowed to walk the premises) were told we didn't qualify for their special and that we'd have to play their normal registration fee and sign a 2 year contract at their premium rate. They were rude and didn't seem to want us as members (my wife and I are over 40 and though we play a lot of sports (basketball, softball, volleyball etc) we were more out of shape with recent injuries.
