Best location I've been to! So sweet and so helpful and to the previous review about them being "pushy" it's no different than going to the grocery store and being asked if you want to donate to a charity and saying no. It's not hard to say no thank you. Also you get what you pay for. I've been to several different tanning salons and this place has the best end result over any other!
I wish I read the first review before I joined. I went once and was under so much pressure to upgrade or buy lotion that I asked the girls about it when I went back. They were lovely ladies and hated having to be so pushy but mgmt required it and put them on commission. I wrote the company asking for my membership fee back after no more visits and told them I would gladly pay for the month I did not use because I waz so uncomfortable going there that I hated to go and therefore did not use it. Not only did they refuse to refund the membership but they had the nerve to say...we hope you check out our other locations in your travels...not likely. This company needs some upper mgmt lessons in customer service.
