Their body shop was recommended to me from my insurance company, so I went ahead. I had hail damage from a storm in Feb. They were quick to get me in for an estimate and getting it to my insurance company. I scheduled the work originally 1 1/2 weeks later. I had to reschedule for personal reasons, and that pushed us out another 3 weeks because they were busy with all of the other hail damage in town. When I finally brought my vehicle in I was told 1 - 1 1/2 weeks before completion. After a week and A half I had not heard anything so I called and was told it would be another week. After another week had passed, I had to call them again because I had not heard anything. Come to find out, It would take another week. The delays were not because we were waiting on parts, but because they were having scheduling problems. there was never any contact made unless I initiated the contact for updates. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I would not recommend them.
I purchased my 2015 new GMC from Bradshaw and had service issues within a few months. I also called to have an engine replaced on another truck and the service guy was very rude and hung up on me when I told him they were $1000 more expensive than other Chevy dealers.
Great experience. They took the time to listen to our needs and wish list and worked a deal that was suitable for us. Our salesperson Jerri was great and the Managers were on hand to help when needed with absolute courtesy and willing to negotiate a reasonable price.

I bought a new leftover 2012 Versa. My salesman Mario was very easy going and pleasant to work with. I walked in, drove the car, made my offer and drove away. I hate the "new car buying" experience usually, but they made it very easy and quick.

I wasn't really "serious" about a car purchase, just called on a ad that was "too good to be true". I talked with Mark and after 2 minutes I knew I wanted to go to Toyota of Greer. He was friendly, not pushy. Answered all my questions and invited me in. Upon arrival I met Mark,he greeted me with a smile-took me to the Camry that was exactly what I really really wanted. We came back in and the deal that was "too good to be true" was true! Mark introduced me to the new car manager Alan then Tim who made the purchase agreement easy and simple! In less than 1 1/2 I was driving off in my new Toyota Camry!!! Thank you Toyota of Greer. I will recommend you to everyone I can! A very satisfied customer!
Wonderful experience with Eric Campbell! I hadn't really planned to trade in my 2012 Altima I bought here last year, but there was such a great Labor Day sale so I bought a 2014 Altima last week with wonderful support and service from everyone! What a wonderful deal I got! I came back several days later to return my extra key from my trade-in and Eric thought he'd found another 2014 that I might like even better. Well, I did like it better so after 5 days II traded my brand new 2014 in for another 2014 today. All three cars were wonderful cars with no problems. A girl can change her mind can't she? I highly recommend Eric Campbell and all his supportive co-workers for all the they did for me! Thanks to you all!
I bought a new car from Toyota of Greer. I managed to do all the negotiating over the phone and, pleasantly, didn't have any haggles on the price when I got to the dealer. All the prices, financing, etc. were exactly as I was led to believe. Service was a bit slow while I was there and it took twice as long as promised to get all the paperwork done and get out the door but we did get the deal done. I got bumped to another salesperson for the final paperwork because the person I dealt with on the phone was busy with other customers when I got there. That was a little disappointing but considering our previous "relationship" only consisted of a few negotiation phone calls we didn't have a lot invested at that point. The person doing the final paperwork was very nice and pleasant. I was unsurprised by having warranties and extras pushed on me but the push wasn't too hard when I was firm about what I did and did not want. Overall a positive experience I just wish it had gone a little faster.
