The managers of the Subway have absolutely no patience and no respect for their customer. My friends and I have all been yelled at by these managers. They yell for us to order and I mean yell. If we are two seconds late to respond to their questions, they will YELL the question back at us. They don't have good customer service AT ALL. However, some employees such as marshawn are nice and they do have customer service however. This subway has BY FAR the worst customer service other than any of the others my friends and I have been to.
Had lunch here today kinda of normal for my work week. I got the chicken select which are back on the menu. I was asked what dipping sauce I wanted and I told the guy behind the counter I really wanted the sweet chili but I knew it was not an option. He kindly said he was able to accomodate me as it was a sauce used in the kitchen. Awesome service!!
I recently had occasion to visit this DQ one evening. I had frequented this store numerous times over the past 30+ years. Upon entry into the store, it was unbearably hot, so much so that the employees were all sweating! When I asked about a restroom, I was told there was not one and I would have to go to the 711 next door. The owners of this franchise need to take some time and money to update this store for the benefit of their customers and employees.
