        A male, teenage staff member requested to look in my bag and my 15 year old daughter's bag. Very invasive and something that should be saved for airports. They have every right to check bags if they wish, however they lost about $50 over it this evening for tickets and concessions AND they have lost the future business of my family of 5. I will be sure to share their policy with all the moms at the 3 different schools my children attend and we will be taking our business to the AMC down the road. It is a nicer theatre, anyway.

        My car wouldn't start when i left the movies one night and the next day when i called here the staff member not only answered the phone politely but she went to make sure my car was still in the parking lot so i didn't waste my time if it was already towed. The next time i went back i had to more snacks than i could carry because my sisters were already seated or in the bathroom after i got my snacks another staff member helped me to my seat because i couldn't carry everything. They really care here!
