We used to eat here quite often. Loved the gator appetizer and fish dishes. We noticed the food was getting greasier and more unappetizing after we took family from out of town there for a graduation meal in 2009. We finally stopped going there after a series of poor experiences with the food. Plus, the Tech Center is hardly conducive to dining ambience.

I have heard a lot of hype about this place and I was disappointed with the ambiance, service and table. When we were seated, we were next to the bathroom door. It was in the back and people kept running into the door and not pulling the handle. It was very distracting. They need to get rid of that door.
Our server seemed distracted and forgot several things: cocktail sauce, bread, and one person's drink. The food was okay, but not what I had hoped for. Some portions were small and there were a lot of fried parts, not meaty fried crawfish.

My lovely bride, of 44 years, and I have visited the Pappadeaux's in Westminster since its grand opening. The mussels, crab legs, and other seafoods are top notch. The service was excellent, the desserts were rich and the food was fresh, hot and tasty. It is sad that our Pappadeaux's is now shuttered. Tonight we will dine at the new restaurant in Greenwood Village. Pappadeaux's beware! I am bring my appetite.

Lots of people write lousy reviews of restaurants because they don't have anybody else's dog to kick.
Pappadeaux is very successful in many markets in many states because they offer a good value meal, good service and their customers have a great time.
The calamari appetizer is the best calamari I have had anywhere. Take your mother in law: Have confidence...you won't be dissapointed. Unless you are really a dog kicker

My spouse and I attended your restuarant on Wednesday, October 12th for the ALL YOU CAN EAT LOBSTER. My spouse ordered the lobster and I ordered the Halibut. The Halibut was way too salty. We actually had reservations for 6:00 p.m. under the name of Wheeler. We asked for a large table so that we could spread out and the hostess just looked at us like we had the nerve to make such a request when there was just the two of us. Well, my Halibut was way too salty. I informed the server and I do not remember is name. But all he told me was that the next time, if I would ever go again, after that comment, to tell the server not to put the seasoning on it! Well, there probably will be no next time! I am sure he received a nice tip since the bill came to about $120 by the time we each had a drink and then the meal. You always have to pay separately of course for a salad and a baked potato. What a rip off! It was a special occasion since it was our anniversary. My spouse spent over two hours cracking the entire lobster, which I can not eat. I went ahead and ate most of my Halibut even though the waiter would not prepare it the way I like it with lots of less salt. I would like to request a refund for the Halibut and the large baked potatoe and salad that I had, but I do not know how! My email address is : wheelergary@qwith a dotcom and my mailing address is: Bev Wheeler, 2551 East 126th Way, Thornton, CO 80241-2761. Do you have any recommendations? I sure would have at least like the server to refund us for the Halibut! What kind of service is that? We will never return to the Pappadeaux place again until I get a refund!

Too loud in the dining room. Young inexperienced wait staff running around that really don’t give a damn. The food is what you’d expect in a mega chain. Salty, greasy and average at best. It’s a perfect example of what I hate about large scale restaurants that have a presence in nearly every state. It is the Ford factory of the restaurant world. I can think of no reason for you to waste precious time dinning here.

My husband and I chose Pappadeaux as part of our 2nd anniversary celebration. We both love seafood and he'd never been there. We got there a little after five, were greeted by a friendly hostess and we were seated right away. The waiter came over immediately; he was really friendly and helpful. The appetizer arrived pretty quickly for what we ordered. And our dinner arrived fairly quickly as well. Our drinks were refilled several times, and we didn't have to wait for or ask for the check. My husband says this is our new anniversary tradition. Pulling out of the parking lot, there was a line of cars down the street waiting to get in.

I was hooked the first time I ate there. I will admit the hostess was pretty rude but our server was fantastic and so was the food. I did complain about the hostess and it was taken care of immediately (thank goodness other employees who witnessed stepped up for us). I don't understand others reviews about the food. It's delicious and offers a different style then other seafood houses around. We got several friends addicted to this place. We will go back as we have dozens of times. Worth it!!

We arrived for the dinner with 7 people and a toddler, The hostess stand had a waitress there and when we told her we needed a booster seat, THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS, she snipped back that we had to wait until someone could help us, she apparently was way too busy (at 5:00pm), then she stormed off leaving our party just sitting there.
The food took forever, it stunk, and the atomosphere felt like I was at RED LOBSTER
