Health Connect Properties (HCP) is a dynamic full service real estate company which focuses its attention on healthcare real estate. Ms. Wassik had been instrumental in growing her former firm's asset/property management, leasing and sales business into a 2 million square foot medical office portfolio which included 4 major hospital systems. She, along with Deb Carlson (co-owner of HCP) and their key staff, developed leasing and management plans for each portfolio transition that included a comprehensive plan to enhance the value and profitability of each medical office building. Through Ms. Wassik's & Ms. Carlson's proven track record and leadership skills, they hand select the most qualified group of professionals to provide all of the necessary services related to healthcare real estate.
