The absolute WORST place to go, I needed a new liner for my pool, I called and spoke to Jeff who said he would get me an estimate, three days later and no estimate I called back and he told me he " forgot" and sent me to another guy who gave me an estimate right away. He told me I had to put 75% down which ended up being close to 4K , picked out my liner and was told it would be done by mid may ( this was in April), ok, after about 2 more weeks I call back to ask when they were going to come measure and a week later someone showed up. Mike tells me that As SOON as he gets the measurements he would order the liner and it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Two weeks later, I call and get the run around that it they messed up and it was going to cost another 2k ON TOP OF the remainder 1500 I owed at installation. Now I stood there while Mike and Jeff wrote up the estimate and said there would be NO extra charges. They had no problem cashing my check right away but never ordered the liner. He says he will order the liner and again, 2 more weeks. At this point, I am calling weekly bc these people are continuously dropping the ball and will not return my calls. Today I drive the 45 minutes and ask in person what is going on , Mike hems and jaws and tells me they screwed up the measurements and it hasn't even been ordered yet. Are you kidding me? The whole time I am there, I am watching customers ask why these people have no records of orders placed and no one seems to know what they are doing. While I waited for Mike , he was on the phone with someone who was still waiting for an estimate from Jeff , who must have " forgot" again bc they had no record of that either. I demanded a refund and went someplace else immediately. These other people acted like they had heard this story before and told me there was no deposit needed and it would be ordered immediately. Don't EVER go to Bucks, I have no idea how they are still in business, absolute WORST , laziest people ever.
I saw a few bad reviews and thought I would share my experience. I got a grill from these guys they were awesome! The customer service was great the people were friendly and everything was fast.
LOUSY SERVICE!!!!! My husband and I moved to Calison, SC and needed our pellet stove fixed. My husband called and they said bring the unit in. 2nd week they called my husband and said they have no pellets to test they stove could he please bring a bag of pellets to the store. 3rd week is when the weather turn cold, the other night it was 18 degrees outside. So here we are in a house with no heat. Called The Greenwood store and the store rep reply was and I quote, " Since all the bad weather we have had, his crews have on on the road daily" Like this is Buffalo, NY. 3 weeks and they didn't do anything to try to repair the stove. If they didn't want to be bothered why even ask to bring the pellet stove to their store in the 1st place. So my husband went to pick our stove up, which they didn't even touch they were using it as a work table. No one talked to him, they completely ignored him. But the one rep with a snotty attitude suggested we "could buy a brand new pellet stove." Oh yeah, buy another $4,000 boat anchor that they won't service. LOUSY SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES THE STORE NEEDS TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. as the last review states no one at the GREENWOOD, SC BUCK STOVE POOL and SPA wants to work or even try to work at offering quality customer service. (and we were also thinking of purchasing a in ground pool this upcoming summer, oh well another $30, 000 sale your awful company won't get.)
