Disappointed...
They couldn't honor a reservation that was made, and we waited 15 minutes. The place was packed and noisy, not exactly conducive to a enjoyable dinner. The service was probably the worst I've experienced in a long, long time. No water, bread, or anything for the first 12 minutes. Then it took another 15 minutes to get our drinks. On a positive note, the food, once it finally arrived, was pretty good and fairly priced. I will not be returning any time soon. That's for sure.
Bonefish Grill is a one of a kind restaurant. The service staff is for the most part great but there is one young woman by the name of Amy that is always friendly and happy. She knows her menu, what a great help she has been especially when we have brought other guests with use in helping them decide what to order. She will be the server we will be requesting when we visit your establishment.
