The employees always have funky stank attitude! The old lady at the drive thru window Saturday during the afternoon rush needs to be removed since assisting customers obviously isn't something she enjoys. I hate this location. Every visit they've either messed up my order or treated me poorly. And the manager calling to offer a free meal here and there does not make up for. They need a whole new staff.

This was the 1st time we visited this Sonic location and the 1st time my poor husband tried their food altogether. We went through drive-thru and it was horrible. 1st we learned that the order was entered incorrectly, but then even the parts that were entered correctly were still processed wrong and the food made me sick and gave me heartburn: "I'm up at 3:30 am typing this review type of heartburn." I suggest that you don't waste your time, money or jeopardise your health when they obviously couldn't care less about their customers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! And I was so excited to try the stupid pretzel hotdog! Which by the way, what you get, looks nothing like the advertisement on the drive-thru menu or TV! I would give them a big fat ZERO if I could.
This is the classic melt down store. I now go to the one in Center Grove or Whiteland instead. They DO NOT have a manager at this store and they always have poor quality and poor service.
Rip-off orchestrated by manager to bump her numbers. Simply put, I've been noticing for weeks that my combo breakfast orders are getting uncharged $.29 about 90% of the time. From the coffee that comes WITH the combo, to a large. Not what I want, not what I ask for, not what the speaker gal "Mayeesha" discussed with me......it just shows up, money out of my pocket, without asking....equals rip off.To add insult to injury, I asked the speaker gal why she added it again today, and she played dumb, stuttered and said she didn't know what size I wanted, where I replied "you should ASK". Seeing the dirty looks and eye rolls at the pickup window from ugly Mayeesha, I asked for the manager, told her my experience and she had the most demeaning response, "Sir, we have three sizes, small, medium, and large." I happily replied that BEFORE I get charged for something bigger than the combo meal comes with, I do feel I should be asked, don't you?" So beware, is the message I have to offer. It's only $.29 to me, but multiply that by 1000 per day and you've got a nice bump in store numbers. Buyer beware.On the other hand, other folks there seem really sweet and nice. Linda and Nancy come to mind. Super nice actually.
Went to drive through. Got home, food was cold & nasty. I then called asked to speak with manger, was told they didn't have one, but I could leave message for owner,. Really! The lady on the phone told me to take all the food back to restaurant and they would replace it. And in the background was another employee that said"they just want free food.....um didn't I just pay you for garbage....yes....yes I sud....awful all the way around!
