I have been going to this laundry mat since 2005...the only complaint that I have is that the price of the washing machines has went up too far, but other than that I can't really say much. When I first started to come the service was friendly and always available. They were also open 24hrs. Now they aren't and I wish that they were. Also, the customer service has become almost non-existent lately. They are more worried about the 'tan' part and not the laundry part.I gave it four stars for those reasons.

this place is a joke. I went there to wash my family's laundry. I have went there four times and each time seems to be worse than the other. I went the first time and told the lady working that there is a gas leak in one of the dryers in or around dryer 24. I told them again the second time I came about a month later and they said they would call the owner. Then I go over there a little over a month later and the dryer still continued to smell like gas and I washed all of my husbands, mine, and my childrens clothes and when I went to dry them I spent over 30 dollars trying to dry them and they were still damp and some still wet. We don't have no other way of drying them. The lady walks up and goes I can't stay past midnight and I looked at her in astonishment. They made us pack up our soaked clothes and take them home. I am now hanging my childrens clothes so at least they have clothes and I told her again about the gas and she just said I will call my boss and I told her they were not drying and she just walked off. there was lint backing up into the dryer and you could see it where they didn't change the lint screens. I am tired of it already. I am writing a formal complaint to the owner and I am reporting the gas leak like I should have done the first time. I would give it now starts if i could.
