STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!!! They do not have a good knowledge of pharmaceuticals. They messed up filling half of my daughter's prescriptions, blamed it on a glitch, and instead of rerunning it...just let it sit and now refuse to fill it because it is after the time frame (it was turned in before due date).
Slow service. I have been one the same insurance for three years and they still give me trouble every time. Currently waiting in line for the second day and watched an elderly woman get denied her medication. If I was dying they wouldn't care. Even sitting in line to speak to the manager has taken 20 minutes. Multiple visits multiple disasters.

My wife called to refill a prescription that needed doctor authorization as there were no refills left. The man she talked to was very rude to her telling her loudly and gruffly that he would not send a request to her doctor and that she needed to see the doctor to get a refill. She explained to him that she had seen the doctor just a month ago and he still refused to send a refill request. We ended up transferring all her prescriptions to another pharmacy so we don't have to deal with this rude behavior.
Fastest pharmacy in town. Usually out in 10 to 15 minutes. forget waiting at other pharmacys total care makes it easy.
