I, as well as hundreds of others, have had poor service at the Greenville, TX location (2069). All I wanted was an Ocean Spray. She asked how she could help us (my husband and I). We asked for a minute, and then we ordered. We did not hear a response. We tried to ask if she was there several times. Still no response. We drive up to the window thinking that there was a glitch. No one came to the window. No one even looked our way and acknowledged us. The people behind us somehow ordered and were served before us while my husband and I were completely ignored. So instead of making a fuss, my husband took our business elsewhere. I, however, called the manager to complain. To this day, I am unsure if the man was even a manager, as he was very unhelpful and claimed that he had just gotten there and was unsure what I was talking about. Most of the high ratings given on Facebook are those given by the employees, managers, and former employees (it's Facebook, you can see that stuff publicly). Everyone is so tired of this Sonic and their poor employees and managers, and honestly, I have no idea why nothing has been done about it. I'm unsure if corporate even knows about it. But I think someone higher up needs to visit and either take over or provide someone new who can take over and build our Sonic back to being a great food place with excellent customer service. It has been poor far too long and there's no where else in this town that provides corn dogs! But I will NOT go back until something is done. I have even driven to the next town over when I have been craving a corn dog and Ocean Water. And that is sad.

Greenville sonic is the worst sonic I have ever gone too. It takes so long to get your order, whether it be a simple shake or a bacon toaster. And the staff isn't very friendly either. Absolutely hate this sonic

i have told the upper management about our night manager sexually harrassing me and they have done anything about it please come and ivestigate.

OUR ORDER WAS ALL KINDS OF WRONG!
WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THE GIRLS ATTENTION ( SHE CLAIMED HER NAME WAS RACHEL MCGRAW WHEN ASKED) SHE SIMPLY ROLLED HER EYES AND WALKED AWAY. SHE BROUGHT THE FOOD BACK TO THE CAR AND ONCE AGAIN IT WAS WRONG. WE TOOK THE FOOD AND LEFT. BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME THE FOOD WAS COLD. I TRIED TO BE POLITE AS POSSIBLE, NOT MAKING A BIG FUSS JUST WANTING THE CORRECT FOOD WE ORDERED.

My kids love to eat at Sonic. They have such a great variety of milkshakes and finger foods.
