Parker Real Estate & Appraisal

I'm a builder and rely on the value of my projects which indicates the real value and the amount I would ask when listing my homes. Michelle came out and spent hours not minutes insuring that all aspects of the home was looked at. She is the most professional appraiser I have dealt with in 35 years of doing business. In the past the appraisers came in the front door and out the back and I never understood how they could be doing a good job.
